		<description>I think my favorite one is the Interactivity Principle- people love to be able to play and manipulate things- and you can really do this with animation- that&#039;s why the Virtual Knee Surgery is so damn good.

animation is so under-utilized, it&#039;s crazy.

I&#039;m actually surprised how much i enjoyed reading Mayer- it&#039;s better  than when i remembered reading it the first time.........BUT, it&#039;s not the end all and be all of media design.....it&#039;s funny to me how people learn one or two key ideas from people and latch on to them as their mantra. I think this happens alot in this program, but people realize the variety of learning styles and teaching approaches that don&#039;t exactly fit the book models once they get out in the real world.  but, the mayer stuff does deserve props.....</description>
